It is important not only for motivation but also to see progress or regress in your abilities.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;The analysis of your running activities data helps to plan the future workload and to avoid injuries.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;I used &lt;a href="http://runkeeper.com/" target="_blank"&gt;RunKeeper&lt;/a&gt; Fitness Reports to analyse my activities data but eventually I found a simple, free and more flexible solution to get what I want. You can embed it as an interactive chart or picture. To add a new activity it's enough to set date, distance and duration.
